Mom took me to a dietician today.. She says I’m starving myself and up my caloric intake.. If I’m starving my self, why haven’t I seen results on the scale?
Today wasn’t too bad! Breakfast: fruit and walnut salad (snack size) 210 cals. Lunch: clif bar 200 cals. Snack: 1 ounce baked sour cream and onion chips 140 cals. Output: 30 mins of Zumba burned 213 calories. Under by 876 calories! That’s great !

Ok.. Always been nervous about posting a starting picture but here we go. I’ve got a long way to go to get down to 125, but I’m finally starting to actually care about my weight a bit. Sooo much fat on my body.. It’s sick seeing it like this..

Did pretty good today! Started tracking how many calories I need to eat each day and I still have 117 left to spare! Breakfast: clif bar, mojo 200 cals. Lunch: cheese quesadilla and rice 800 cals. Dinner: clif bar mojo, 200 cals. Output! 25 mins of Zumba: 170 cals burned. 20 mins walking: 60 cals burned. 10 mins of sit ups: 15 cals burned. Hoping to lose 2 lbs this week (I wouldn’t complain about losing more though!)
