Did pretty good today! Started tracking how many calories I need to eat each day and I still have 117 left to spare! Breakfast: clif bar, mojo 200 cals. Lunch: cheese quesadilla and rice 800 cals. Dinner: clif bar mojo, 200 cals. Output! 25 mins of Zumba: 170 cals burned. 20 mins walking: 60 cals burned. 10 mins of sit ups: 15 cals burned. Hoping to lose 2 lbs this week (I wouldn’t complain about losing more though!)
